Herbo's Self-Defense & Fighting, LLC was born out of a simple idea: bringing high quality, accessible and affordable Self-Defense & Fighting tactics to the entire community. Our unique approach to learning and top quality faculty makes Herbo's Self-Defense & Fighting, LLC one of the best schools in New York. Due to the changing climate in our country, and the COVID-19 pandemic, we also offer online sessions using platforms such as Zoom, and can provide additional equipment when applicable. We invite you to explore our engaging and diverse course schedule, and stop by for a visit at your convenience.

Course schedules and newly added events will be regularly updated to maintain clarity moving forward. We will not stray from the fundamentals of fighting, but want our team to progress each week both physically and mentally.
